Things were a bit disorganized in that space, but the real kicker was waiting for three hours and finding out they could not fix the problem because they needed a part!

Dropped off vehicle for scheduled service. End of day rolled around no answer on phone and car unexpectedly stayed the night. Next day still no answer from calls and texts to service advisor. Finally called manager and hour late called to say car was done. Didn’t go over what was all done or anything. Had no issue sending text to me for approval of additional repairs. #failedcustomerservice

They had my car for a month. They did not add any gas or wash it when they brought it back to me. It sat outside the entire time. I did not receive any updates unless I called and then I was always told that the person that could tell what was going on wasn’t in, so they would have to call me back (they never called back). Took car in due to issue with brakes. Was told master cylinder needed replaced which I authorized for approximately $1200. The brake problem persisted and it turned out the actual issue was a $300 vacuum switch. Very disappointed in how this was handled and the unnecessary expense.

They drained my battery on my car after I dropped it off. They should have known to disconnect it!!!! Horrible experience. I will never go there again. Y’all should be ashamed.

We bought a 2022 Volvo xc90 that was supposed to be the gm or owners car and it had 5000 miles. We were told it was a new car with warranty and all plus we would have a loaner every time. Our windshield wipers are already bad, the car charger chrome is chipping and the drivers side leather is worn out and has small tears in it. We also have a service that came up already. This is no where near what was said to us when we purchased the vehicle and it seems like people get annoyed when I explain the problems.

Not good this time. Had to return because low battery charge light came on twice AFTER new batt was installed. Two explanations: 1. someone forgot to reset something to do with the dash light or 2. the light would still come on after resetting. Either way, you have an unhappy customer.

Shop is inept. Quoted $2500+ for repairs. Another shop complete work for $400. Tried to gouge me with repairs that were not necessary. Had it there over and over and over, inconveniencing me every time.
