"Some repairs aren’t sufficient" I have an XC 90 T8. I bought it because it was a hybrid with 18 miles per charge. The vehicle had 18 miles per charge for the first 18 months, but it has failed to achieve this target afterwards with several maintenances. I will not recommend the T8 based on my experiences.

"Very surprised at the labor charges" Friendly people but oil change and spark plugs labor $200+. I’m aware of the labor flat fee. I’m retired too much cost kills my budget...big time

"My son's 2012 XC70 broke down and needed service." My son's car (XC70) took a brain fart, and had to be towed to your location. Initially it had a bad battery that was replaced. But upon the return trip home (Zephyrhills) it started loosing it's mind again, and I called again and Sharon had it towed back on Monday. Further testing showed that the alternator was also bad, and was replaced. The question I'm left with is this, why is the status of the charging system is not monitored, to prevent this .

"Very surprised the $640 for oil change, plugs and blades...." Very surprised the $640 for oil change, plugs and blades. Not againlabor $330? Did not expect this price at all. This week we changed a brake light for $12+ included $6+ for labor. Don’t expect work for nothing but please be fair.

"Done right the first time" I had a reoccurring navigation system problem in my Volvo 2017 XC 90 for over a year after numerous visits to another dealer they admitted they could not fix it. Ferman Volvo did the job, my dealer for any new Volvo in the future.

"Tire Problem" The tire indicator on my car was registering a problem. I brought my car in and they diagnosed a hole in one tire. They fixed it within a hour and I was on the road again.

"Initial impression NOT VERY GOOD" Bought a certified preowned Volvo. The compressor to deal with a flat tire missing. ($200 from their parts dept.) First time I drove the car at night discovered an electrical problem Brought the car in for repair and after 4 days was told to come get the car. Not fixed, part on back order and they want their loaner back. Oh and by the way, I was given a loaner with NO GAS. As I pulled into my driveway the low fuel indicator lit. "not excited" when my appointment is at 1:40 and the technitiion comes for my vehicle in 20 minutes....that is not right....also it should not take 2 hours for an oil change

"Shady Negotations" I saw a vehicle on their web site and went to go and look at it. I test drove the car and made an offer. The manager was working up the value for my trade. As the salesman was going over the paperwork he advised me that my trade according to KBB value was only worth 400. Well they must have thought I was born last night.
