I was there for 2 hours - had called earlier and explained the purpose of the appointment - no contact from the service team until they told me the part would not be in until the following Tuesday. Wasted 3.5 hours of my time.

"They are horrible. Leave you stranded, dont honor..." They are horrible. Leave you stranded, dont honor warranty work. I know it seems wonderful when you buy, but if you have a problem. Your out of luck. 2018 they want to charge 500 plus for batteries and say go to the manufacturer for warranty? They make the batteries.

"I booked an appointment at 8:40 in the morning to have 4..." I booked an appointment at 8:40 in the morning to have 4 new tires mounted. I expected to wait about an hour. Instead it took almost 3 1/2 hours. If I had been told in advance, or even after I arrived, that the wait would be longer than expected, I would have arranged a ride and returned. Instead, I was just left waiting while others with appointments came and went. This was not acceptable.

"I called and set an appointment to have windshield..." I called and set an appointment to have windshield resealed and my headliner replaced. At no point when I set the appointment and dropped the car off did anyone from the service department bother to tell me that they do not perform these services. In return I received a hollow apology and a number to call for a company that actually performs these services.
