I thought I bought a new car, hassle free but I had problems with the car and had to waste time and take it in to be serviced.

I just found out today when I was at another Volvo dealership that when I had my car back at this dealership back in 2021 nothing that they said was done is true. I suspected a suspension issue so I took there. I have an extended warranty so the diagnostics would be covered. Anyway , nothing wrong with the suspension (and this is after them keeping the car one week) and talking to their arrogant service manager. Scamming dealership. I like Volvos but can’t purchase another until I move closer to a different location

Work was donecsatisfactorily. Poor communication among service staff. I was informed that my car, would not be ready until the next day. After obtaining my loaner, getting something to eat and driving thru the dock area, I headed back home 2 hours away. Thirty minutes out, I received a call saying my car was ready. Turning around, I made it back before closing. Took awhile to find my keys. The next morning, i received a call that my car was ready for pick up.!!

Was serviced back in May (middle)Although I appreciate all you did with accommodations of driving me to work,I had my Volvo in the shop for 2weeks and the day I drove it home after they couldn’t fix,due to “everything break’s declined the claim”, my floor mats were taken n out of the car!the originals were stolen and they put an old floor mat that belonged to another vehicle in replace of that on the driver side!!!! So disgusted

I bought an XC 90 there’s been a software problem with the car and Volvo knows about it but they don’t know how to fix it. Yay for me. I’m thinking about getting out of it.

Went for our first-year service for our 2023 V60 Volvo. The only positive item during this visit was that I was professionally welcome during the initial check in. The remaining visit, to put it simple, HORRIBLE. I felt like I was being treated like a "sack of potatoes." Othes customers that were waiting and bringing their cars for service, received all of the attention from Ferman's service personnel. The salesman was wonderful. Great experience. The sales manager was great. The financial manager Dan was horrible. With all the paperwork my wife and I signed he snick in a warranty form for an extended 7 years . He cost me an extra 2,600 hundred dollars. What a SCAM. I called up two days ago and he was sending me by email a firm to cancel it. Still haven’t gotten it. For this reason I won’t recommend FERMAN VOLVO..
