I do not recommend this dealership my XC40/4 years old, 30,000 some odd miles, has a serious safety issue in which no-one can fix. My vehicle sounds an alarm and then stops short at any speed on any road at any time and because the team at Tarpon Volvo cannot duplicate nor fix the issue, I was told I may never return to the Tarpon Volvo dealership ever again for no reason whatsoever, and I am left with a serious safety issue.

Pathetic communication and service. Their frequent failure to return simple phone calls is extremely unprofessional. I will not do business with them again.

I had an appointment for service and 4-5 days later the car was ready. I called one Saturday after my low pressure light came on and was told that it was at least 10 days before it could be even looked at. I went to Tampa to the Volvo dealership and was seen immediately and with 30 minutes the tire was fixed. I will use the Tampa dealership moving forward. Thank you

My last visit was related to a tire issue. I purchase tire and rim warranty/insurance at purchase. Without any attempt to make a claim under it I was told it would not be covered and it was my fault. It was basically a morning going back and forth. After I insisted that a claim be made, it was and guess what… it was covered. I feel like there was an attempt to take advantage of me in this situation.

Matt has absolutely no idea what customer service is . . I brought my XC90 in to have windshield replaced at 9:40am Matt told me car would be ready end of day. No one contacted me about status so I called at 5:40 pm to find out car wasn't going to be ready until sometime the next day. Sharon informed me it needed 12-14 hours before I could drive it. No communication for 6 weeks after purchase other than when i reached out after 3 weeks i was told i would have a new windshield installed due to crack in original.

Not a good service experience at all! Routine service and 2tires, car was in shop almost two weeks, received call that car is ready. Went to pick up only to be told car is not ready! Pick up car two days later, alignment completely off and noise problem not addressed at all!
