Just a very bad service. . They actually think that the customers are stupid, Trying to add extra stuff on the bill where they had no business adding it Not trust worthy at all

Sloppy. We notified them we were driving to look at a car to buy, only to find it wasn’t on the lot. We drove for hours to see the car and it wasn’t there. Said car was bought and then delivered with a crack in the windshield, a service light on, and missing floor mats. A brand new car with a front windshield crack and service light! Vehicle paint is peeling off in multiple places and suspension is squeaking. This vehicle is not worth the premium price charged.

When I bought my car I was told that if I need to service my car I will get a loaner car. It’s not true and I was very disappointed.

I had two tires for installed and was told it would be two hours. It ended up three hours with no car wash and vacuum. When we mentioned the cleaning I was told it would be another 30 minutes. That would be half a day for two tires. When I had the car serviced about a month ago I spent over $700 also with no car wash and vacuum. The service has definitely gone downhill in the last two years while the costs have constantly risen.

I made an appointment for 10:40. I was out at 12:30. Two hours for an oil change. I will not be scheduling my next oil change with that facility.

Took my Volvo v-60 in for it’s 70k service. I don’t know what they did or anything else about my visit as I was never told what was checked, adjusted, or changed. I think my oil /filter was changed but little else

There wasn’t anything special about this dealership. Small, run-down and very outdated. Staff was nice. I expected my car to be vacuumed and washed along with the service, but apparently that isn’t part of their protocol. Disappointed.
