Don't know what they are doing tried to charge me 1300 for something that should have been free then tried to overcharge for labor because their systems are 'funky'

This was the WORST car buying experience that I have ever had. The FINANCE manager was the rudest person I have ever met!!! I tried assisting my 28 year old daughter with her car purchase, he tried to get her in double digits on her interest rate, he would not go down on the price of the car or come up on the trade, he treated us has thou we were at a buy here pay here… buyer beware!!! Do not take the first interest rate that is offered, it’s a shame that they couldn’t give my had working daughter a break, she was so looking... read more

I sadly have to write this review after owning 5 Volvos in my lifetime. My XC40, I have owned it 4 years old, 30,000 some miles, purchased at Ferman Volvo, has a serious safety issue in which no-one can fix. My vehicle sounds an alarm and then stops short at any speed on any road at any time and because the team at Ferman Volvo cannot duplicate nor fix the issue, I was told I may never return to the dealership and I should take my problem to another dealer, and I am left with a serious safety issue.
